Streamline

I'm venturing into the waters of Young Adult fiction with my romantic suspense novel Streamline, slated for release in March of 2012. It's a military murder mystery featuring my beloved sport of swimming. We've been editing the manuscript for months and I can't wait to unleash it to the world!

SUMMER LOVIN' ANTHOLOGIES

Omnific Publishing released two short story anthologies in the summer of 2011 to benefit the breast cancer research organization Save the Ta-tas. My Young Adult romance story, Swim Recruit, is part of the Summer Breeze anthology:

Not long after Abby Donahue’s family falls apart, she escapes on an airplane to Chicago for a recruiting trip. A talented high-school swimmer, Abby hopes to score both a college scholarship and some distance from her parents' recent divorce. But is this university for her?

Together Abby and Reese battle bullies on the team and inner demons, learning that flipper feet and fighting for family can actually be a good thing.


THE CONDUCT SERIES

It's been a lot of fun to play with "con" words in my stories, and my friend Janine helped me come up with the name for the trilogy of books featuring parolees Sophie and Grant: The Conduct Series.

I'm pleased Omnific also published the sequel to With Good Behavior: Bad Behavior.

Bad Behavior continues the saga of Grant Madsen and Sophie Taylor as they make their way on the “outside”, confronting demons from the past and fending off both internal and external threats. In a drama filled with twists and turns, set against the backdrop of the Illinois gubernatorial race, Sophie and Grant have to fight for their love and their lives.

I'm now writing book three, titled On Best Behavior. As of November, 2011, I'm about 30% done. Please check back for updates!
